Surveillance cameras footage may be accepted as proof
The High Court of Madrid, in its judgment 84/2015 of February 9, 2015, says that the temporary installation of cameras recording images in the workplace, without notice to workers when there are reasonable grounds for believing, that a worker is committing crimes against the company, it is not considered a violation of their right to privacy and reputation, which the images obtained have probative value, in which case the disciplinary dismissal based on these images will be coming.
