MODIFICATION OF THE REGULATION OF THE VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT).

Through the Royal Decree 595/2016 of 2^nd December, it has been modified the Regulation of the Value Added Tax in order to stablish a new system of bookkeeping through the State Tax Administration Agency website. Nevertheless, the taxable persons that have opted for the simplified scheme are not able to adopt the new bookkeeping system due its own speciality of the special regime.
