The European court of justice will force banks to give back all the collected amounts for applying floor clauses

A recent European Court of Justice sentence has considered that it must apply a total retroactivity, when it comes to calculate the amounts that have been extra paid for mortgage consumers and that banks will have to give it back. This declaration contradict the Supreme Court Sentence dated on the 9^th of May in 2013, nevertheless establishes these clauses invalids limits its effects from that date.
