Repost of the photos from Facebook damage the honor right

The Civil Section of the High Court, in February 15 of 2017, concludes that is forbidden the publication of a photograph caught from a Facebook account without the prior consent of that person in accordance with the provisions of article 2(2) of the organic law 1/1982 about the protection of the honor right and personal image. However, it is considered that it is permissible to publish the names, initials and professions of the people involved and they understand that there was no breach to privacy, that they did not incurred an excess and it respects the traditional canons of the Chronicle of events.
