The General Council of Spanish Lawyers and the computer company Tirea have developed a virtual platform to handle traffic accident claims. It will include the exchange of information of the documents for the claim, using the electronic signature of the Lawyers Certification Authority. This way you can register all the messages between the parties and make the entire negotiation process safer and more transparent.
